Tnak size

personally considering how large they grow i think its way too small,i keep my baby and he is still only a baby 8cm in a standard 2ft tank as soon as he gets bigger or gets a mate i will be upgrading the tank, i dont think they need height but they need depth as they spend a lot of time moving around the floor of their tank , im only new to axolotls but have done a fair bit of research on them,

yeh, i think thats a tad too small Felipe.. maybe ok for VERY young babies, but thats too small for 2 juvis not to mention adults.

Personally, I think a tank that size is too small for one adult axolotl let alone two.

dont wanna ruin any hopes but id say get at least 70/75x30x30 and youll be on the minimum for two. you want floor space rather than water height as thats where they hang out. for one i think a 45x30x30 would be absolute minium. hope that helped

Oh no.... really? A 40x25x30cm cant do the job??? They are already adults, or almost adults! They dont show stress and dont fight... I think I will have to broke my pig and get the coins to buy a new aquarium! Thanks!

Is 80x40x40cm (128Litr.) good for two adult axies? Or do they need bigger?
