Triturus cristatus aquatic juveniles

For several years I have observed only cristatus adults and larvae. Finally grabbed these juveniles when wanted to photograph alpines. They are probably metamorphs of 2016 and size of alpine newt adult.

I remember finding young cristatus like those when I was a kid. The ones here normally had a orange/red stripe down their backs though.
