I came across this wonderful photo last month in Sevilla:

It was displayed along other panels, all with fantastic photos, as part of the exhibition "What next? Environmental challenges in a changing planet". (Exhibition organized by the Doñana Biological Station - CSIC within the 7FP project EcoGenes).

Y ahora, ¿qué?........What next?: PANEL 20. LO QUE NO MATA HACE MÁS DÉBIL. WHAT DOES NOT KILL, CAN STILL WEAKEN

It´s about time we flaunted our newts a little :p
I have to say that while i strongly support any efforts to maintain the biodiversity and ecosystems in the Doñana reserve, i really wish there was some public emphasis on other areas which are also rich and important, but there almost never is.

Next time add some herping time to your holidays and see them for real, Eva, they are worth it xD

Seeing the real newts would be great of course, I hope it can happen one day. This poster was a refreshing sight after all those churches, though :D
