Tubbing

Hey! my first axolotl is set to be shipped out on Monday so I am scrambling to get everything all set for the new baby. I have some questions on tubbing. My tank is not quite cycled yet. I have another week or two until it's done. So until then, what is the best way to tub? the general consensus that I've seen is that they need to be in a tub that they can stretch out and turn about in, with daily water changed with dechlorinated water. but I haven't yet seen or heard what temp they are supposed to stay at? is it the same as their tank? thank you all.

Temp should be cool, just like that tanks must be.
