Tubifex worm?

I found this thing around some mysterious eggs in my tank... I have two questions. Are the eggs that creatures eggs or another's? And what is this worm thing? A tubifex?

Could be a detritus worm or tubifex. Do you've got snails in your tank? The package looks like snail eggs.

looks like red rams horn snail eggs.

I do have snails but they were taken out before those eggs were laid unless I completly over looked them. Which I wouldn't doubt. Is that worm... Eating them? And is it a threat to my Noto v. v eggs?

They will form no danger for your eggs as far as I know.
