Hi

I have quite a few baby axolotls, about 100+, plus a couple of adults. A couple of the babies I have seperated as they hatched a little sooner and have grown at a faster rate for one reason or another. One is fine and I believe a Wild Type, the other, either a Leucistic or Dirty Leucistic, however clearly has issues with its tail.

The Leucistic, named George Michael (There is a reason), is and always has eaten fine and has clearly grown at a decent rate, Bloodworm twce a day, daily water changes and so one. But when he tries to swim at any speed he tends to `corkscrew` as he swims, which I gather must be caused by his tail being twisted at a point and goes horozontal instead of vertical like a fin. There is also a small `crank` at the end of the tail, just to make matters worse. He can move around normal at slower speeds though, just like I mentioned, at speed then he spins round like a screw that is being driven into some wood or something.

Has anyone else experienced this? I gather there is no fix of sorts. To be honest the only thing I could think of is as he grows it may correct iteself.

Picture below.
