tylototriton shanjing maturity...

Hi I have a tylototriton shanjing with 13cm. I´ve looked to the cloaca an opened and thats a female certainly..but with 13 has age she has? And to be adult how many cm must have? mine have 13cm (130mm), some photos of my favorite newt:

Yes it´s slimy and more flashing but the coaca says a female... remember that it gots 13cm..
