Unable to chat

I have been trying to get into chat. But for some reason it wont let me. Because it says that somebody else is logged on with the same user name. Whats wrong??

You were still logged in on the chat. I kicked you out, so you should be able to log in again.

For future reference, you'll need to make sure you log out of chat each time you visit or you'll keep having the same problem.
