Very sick! Please help

My axolotl seems very sick. Has small clear bumps or pimples all over. Some of the bumps look like there is something inside (an egg or parasite?). Behind rear legs (his anus?) is swollen and protruding. Looks almost split open from underneath. He is lethargic and floating but still moving some and swimming around a little, although not much. I don't know of any aquatic vets anywhere in my area or I would take him to the vet. Does anyone know what might be wrong with him??

I am not entirely sure. But the swollen cloaca looks like some sort of infection? It doesn't quite look like a prolapse. The bumps look like some sort of parasite infection? I would suggest veterinary attention for this case but I do understand you are not sure if there is one available. It may be worth calling around?
