Water temperature

funny you should say that, nina, my dad thought of exactly the same thing
he suggests attaching a thermostat to turn the filter/pump on and off.

i might try it too, but i'm gonna see how low i can get the temperature just using the trays of ice...

another idea is freezing blocks of tank water and just putting them on the mesh and letting them melt and drip down into the tank water, but that might get a bit messy...

yeah i tried tried this aye, it hasnt seemed to work at sort of pipe did u use i used plastic but it just seems to be insulating the water an not cooling.......
