Illness/Sickness: Weird lumps on axie's side

Hi guys,
I have some young axolotls and this is my pride and joy, because i love its colouring! But I've noticed that it has some weird lumps on its side. What could it be and how can I fix it? I was planning on transporting them to my friend's store for sale sometime soon but I can't if it is not well!

Oh thanks, am I right to keep feeding it if it still has appetite? Or can that make things worse?
