Weird worms & Sick Axie?

So recently I had a infestation of brown algae, then brown worms started to show up in the stuff, and now they are everywhere along with tiny white ones. I did a small water change, but now my axolotl seems much slower than usual, her gills are also very pale and the fluff on them looks contracted. I'd appreciate any advice even if it's small!

I would start with 10% water changes daily for a week and see if things improve. Nothing beats clean water.
