Western Red-Backed Salamander (basic captive care/info)

Hi all,
since i was a kid i have been finding western red backed salamanders. I know only a little about them. well now that i am an animal fanatic i was wondering if anybody knew how to keep theses guys in captivity and if there was any way to tell the difference from female to male.

You should be able to keep them just like Eastern Red-backed Salamanders, look up the Eastern species sheet on Caudate Central to get the info. If they are males then they will have "squared snouts, protruding recurved premaxillary teeth; and small vent flaps that extend slightly beyond the posterior margin of the vent."*
