What do Fire Sals like most?

Hmm im off for a very nice fire sall from a shop i know of "not telling" and i have a tank with a lovly forest theme, do u know the BEST food for fire sals? iv herd they love crickets and worms? Thanks in advanced BeNjO!!!!!!!!!!!!
