What gender are our axolotls?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help us to identify the gender of our two axies. Rho and Speckled Jim ...

In the first photo, Jim is standing on the rock and Rho is suspended mid water. The second is a close up of Rho('s bits) and the third (with the slightly speckled belly) is Jim('s bits).
