Question: What gender is my axolotl?

I'm getting new axolotls and I dont want this one to have babies which is why I'm asking.

From the photo I would say female but it would be good to get photos from the side and from above to be sure. How old is your axolotl?

It is 8 months old

Looks female from that view also but there is still time for a surprise. My golden albino didn't show his male bits until just over a year or so :-/
 
I agree female, but take that with a grain of salt. My own axolotl looked just like this until ~11 months old, and then decided she wanted to be a boy.
 
Does she have dark tips to her toes? That's an indication of sexual maturity and would mean that you could be positive that it's female. If no dark tips then there is still time to change.

The dark tips on toes does not indicate sexual maturity. Many axolotls develop the dark toe tips at a juvenile age well before they are actually mature. Mine got dark toe tips long before she became a he.
