What is this ???

as you will see on the fotos there are some changes which i can not identify:
on 1 one you can see that there are 3 layers of skin:1 transparent part,2 sth like hominy, 3 and the body. the middle part is around whole body and also on it ...

and that is what i saw today on his belly ??? is it possible that he hurted his organs during digestion of gravel??? but it is not bleeding

here you can see a little bit sth like hominy but not clearly and his tail today got yellow as you see........ :-(((((((( and look in the middle of the tail the organ inside is very red, and in reality i can see it well today but why ??? it was not like that

and this foto shows how cute is "SHE" !!!

she looks fine but those things make me worried...
water is 18 c tem, there is no amoniac and my baby eats well so why?
i was thinking is it possible to give water to laboratory and check if there are some bacteries or fungus , i am confused......

From the photos, I cannot see anything terrible. The 3 layers look normal.

Does the tank have gravel that she can swallow? If so, I recommend taking the gravel out completely.

i took it out 5 days ago but she still has sth inside and yeterday she left one quite big gravel. ok i will calm down if you say so...
