What plants are best for egg-laying?

ELODEA...I know the response you all are wanting to give...However, as I stated a few times, Elodea is not offered for sale where I live. We have Java Fern, Java Moss, various Sword Plants, Anacharis, Water Lily, Moneywart, and a couple of others now and then. Since Elodea is not an option, which of these is the best to include in the breeding tank?
Please respond with the best of the choices in bold face only, as these are the only one's available to me.

Anacharis is the same thing as Elodea. They're both Elgeria species (normally E. densa). Just two different names for the same plant.
