If you found it in the Netherlands its a Rana temporaria
 
Could be R.arvalis too, i think, but i´m sorry to say i can´t distinguish the females of the species....
 
Looks like Rana temporaria to me too. R. arvalis mostly has a dorsal light stripe and the snout is more pointed.
