When you say water cool do you mean a water chiller? If so, Be aware of the models HP. If you want it to run less or cool the water quicker its okay to get the next size up for your volume of water. Make sure you get an appropriate sized pump for your chiller if its too much flow you are going to need to lower the output flow somehow. I use a cutsom made spray bar.
