I recently got 2 "wild Type" Male and female and put them into a 30 gallon tank and it seems almost as soon as they went in the water has been VERY couldy and murkey. I have a Fluval 2 Plus internal filter and a Aquatech 20-40 running

What kind of substrate do you have? Did you cycle the tank before-hand?

It was cycled and been set up for 3 months before we got them the gravelis a fine river rock very small.

What are your water parameters? That is, you should measure your levels of ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate.
