Where on earth do you purchase a caecilian?

I know this thread is old, but wanted to throw it out there that I have T. Natans (fully aquatic kind) for sale. Captive bred. Should you be interested, please contact me. Thanks.

Hi Karen, this isn't really a classified thread but I'm interested when shipping weather permits! Been looking for awhile. PM me! Thanks, JVK

Oh boy. I've found some Herpele squalastoma for sale. Maybe I'll ask Mrs. Santa Clause for a Cameroon blue caecilian for Christmas! It's been ages since I've seen these for sale.

Where on earth do you purchase a caecilian? I want one so badly, but I simply cannot find one.
In other news, my 18th birthday is this Friday, if anyone has a few extras laying around. :p
Idk if you're still looking but underground reptiles has gaboon and Mexican giant caecilians currently.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
