where do you find java moss or willow moss ive been looking online for ever and i cant find it where the hell do you find that stupid moss if its so popular how come no one sells it

It's best to start a new thread instead of hijacking one. Try your local aquarium club or killiefish club for java moss. You can also find it on aquabid.com and aquaticplantcentral.com Update your profile to show where you are from (I did mine), quit cussing, and start new threads instead of hijacking them and things will work a little better.

Java moss does show up in pet stores, but it's hit or miss. It's always available on eBay. Also, if you post a nice "wanted" on this forum, someone here may help you out.

I'll move this to its own separate thread, as your question isn't very relevant to this one.

MG: I recommend adding a country to your profile, as requested in our terms of service. It's hard to make suggestions about "where to buy" when we don't even know what country you are in!

A word of warning - I purchased some java moss from e-bay. With postage costs it came to ~£7 ($14). When it arrived it was a 1 inch square piece of moss! It pays to read the advert really, really carefully :D.

I struggled for ages to get it to grow and I all but gave up. As soon as it saw I wasn’t interested it spread everywhere to the point where it’s a bit of a nuisance. Still, the newts love it and some will choose to lay their eggs in it over anything else.
