Which type of salt to use

Hi all, can someone please advise me on the correct salt to use when giving salt baths?. I have bought sea salt from the supermarket, is this ok to use?. Also what do you guys put in your tanks if you have no sand or gravel, do you have plants (plastic) and what else makes their tank interesting? Thank you for your patience.

Aquarium or tonic salt if you can get it. Otherwise uniodised table salt and/or sea salt (I use latter two when I run out of the first).

Thank you Kapo! also the tank nitrite is rising ( just a little but it's going up) maybe it's cycling!

it has always been 0 as you know but now it's 0.25. Thank you again.
