So a few weeks or so ago I noticed that the guppies I'd put in my 6ft tank with my two axies for food were actually snapping at my golden albino whenever they would try and eat them, like fully coordinating attacks, going up behind poor Yella and nipping his gills! I immediately took them out and put them in my smaller tank and have since then gotten rid of them with just 4 sneaky females managing to hide away from me, since the attack Yella has pretty much just stayed in his dome! Only coming out when I coax him with food and even sometimes that doesn't work I have to full move his dome away from him :/ I've also noticed white bits on his gills, like where his frills (the pink bits) attach to the rest of his gills (the yellow bits??)
. I've been putting melafix in the tank but no change I'm worried about my little Yella! He doesn't look fussed by it but I surely am :/
