This morning I went to admire Little Man's cuteness and panicked to find these little white creatures in his tank. I read here that it could be "Cyclops" and that potentially they are not dangerous to him, so that's relieving.

The only thing that we changed recently is adding more fake plants to the tank. Since then, his tank remains cloudy and these bugs appeared. Any ideas? Thank you!

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
