Hey guys, my newt( who is a Californian) has some white skin on his head, it has the same texture as his other skin, and I'm worried, is this normal? Is he shedding? Is he sick? Please help.

There's an app called Tapatalk that might help, it lets you access this forum and a lot of others

Unfortunately I'm camping right now and I don't have good service an email would work better for me because I can't download an app, but I will for sure use that app when I get back home thanks for the heads up!

Beautiful newt! Unless he isn't eating, he should be fine. I see a lot of Taricha torosa and Taricha granulosa with patchy coloring. So my guess is it's normal!
