White spots on skin, possible fungus? Help please!

I've done a little research and am thinking that Uno might have a fungus? If anyone has any words of wisdom, I'd appreciate it!

it does look like a fungal/mold infection.
house in water containing 50% holtfreters, swab affected areas with potassium permanganate.

is holtfreters the same thing as saline solution?
