white things in tanks

i seem to have these white long things in my tanks, kinda look like worms

These are likely detritus worms. They are not harmful and are not uncommon to get in aquariums. If you have too many it can be a sign of excess food and poor water quality. Do more water changes if you want to reduce their numbers.
