Will my fire salamanders find their food

i have made a new setup for my salamanders do you think that they will find the krickets ok also the female is allways up against the glass is this a problem or is she just happy.

It will find food happily in there.

If its a new set up they will go about the glass for a while, they are checking out the invisible boundaries!

thye will find the crickets ok, but keep an eye on them!!

They should be able to hunt down the crickets no problem.

Don't put too many crickets into the tank at a time. They can inflict nasty bites on salamanders, so you don't want them free-roaming in the tank if they're not going to be eaten right away.

I always place worms/wax worm etc, in front of my Fire Salamander hides. They come out and grab them.
