Air pump?

I have 2 cynops orientalis in 10 gallon tank,do i need an air pump with air stone?Have aqua clear mini filter already is this enough!

You don't need an airstone.
You don't really need a filter either, lots of plants and regular partial waterchanges will do fine, but as long as the current is not strong, the filter will be OK.

Edward, I'm not familiar with that type of filter. If it is the "waterfall" type of filter, you may have problems when your newts figure out that they can escape from the tank through the gaps around the filter! See:

Plenty of plants thanks! It is a " Waterfall " type filter. I will try to save for a submersible or canister filter.Currently trying to fashion an escape proof lid that is safe & effective!
