Has anyone kept a record of their tigers growth rate?
My two are 5" and 7" respectively and with regular feeding and a constant temp of 59 to 65F, How much growth can I expect in say 6 months?
I've tried to locate growth info on the internet, but it seems that there is no data regarding my question.

They can reach five to seven inch in their first year. This will be the greatest growth rate, they will continue to grow till they reach their max adult size over the next couple of years. If you keep them cool over winter this will slow their growth rate but idk if this will impact their max size.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
