Cloudy Eggs?

My axolotl female laid over a hundred eggs and only a few of them have clear membranes (so that you can perfectly see the yolk/embryo) as in the photos on your site. The rest have a milky/foggy color to the membranes - you can still see the yolk/embryo inside but they are semi-opaque. Does this mean they are infertile or is there something else wrong with them. They seem to have developed a somewhat and have halted a bit.

Usually means they're infertile. Healthy eggs should stay reasonably clear until hatching.
