a couple of months ago my axolotl got its leg degloved, i was advised to leave the skin alone so i did it but it seems to just now be like an extra toe? it’s doesn’t bother her, just don’t know what to do??

Sometimes when axolotls regrow body parts genetic mutations occur, resulting in errors like an extra toe. Some even regrow two arms/legs instead of one. Maybe the growth is due to a genetic mutation? If so, nothing can be done.

Does he/she have other lumps/bumps?
 
If it is just a lump of skin, you could try to amputate it, but I wouldn't really recommend it unless you have a vet do it, since you might accidentally cut off too much. If it doesn't bother her, like you said, it's probably just become part of her body. Of course, do keep any eye out for any signs of infection, but otherwise it's probably fine.
 
Just a little axolotl keloid scarring. Scars change the body surface. It's her war wound. I'd leave it be.
