I brought the java moss already attached to the driftwood. It is attached by fishing line, you can do it yourself but I was to lazy to attempt it so brought it already done. Mo Mo loves playing on the driftwood.
Yeah, I actually have java fern on some driftwood, and it is pretty well attached, but it is now growing wildly up towards the light, and I'm not sure what I am going to do to keep the java moss from getting too long and out of control
Thank you for your replies. She is such a character when i have hoover out she follows round her tank watching me. As soon as my daughter gets up or comes in from college she comes straight over to the front of the tank to look for her.
Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation
Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
