Well I don't really care what you guys think about how I feed my babies. Sorry if that sounds mean or like I am a know it all, but I know that my axi's are happier than ever.
When I was feeding them one or two pellets every 3rd or so day they never looked well - they wern't very active and their gills were always pale and they didn't really respond to anything like light or someone comming in to the room etc. Now they are so active (but not agitated active, just playful) their gills are always very bright and very fluffy and I've even noticed that their eyes are clearer!!! The only thing that I have changed is their eating habbits.
If you guys don't like it then too bad, my animals have NEVER had ANYTHING wrong with them! Everyone on here seems to have problems with their axi's but I never have. So if you don't mind I will just keep on looking after them like I always have, thankyou!!!
I'm sorry if this comes across rude - but I had to say it, you guys are great and you do really care about you pets (like I do) and I think that it is really good how you are all prepared to give advice to anyone who needs it - some things have been helpful, but I think some of you take it all too seriously. Yes, they are living creatures and we should always do our best to look after them, but at what expense? Once again I am sorry if this comes across rude, it isn't ment to be offensive.
