A new population of s. algira believed to be extincted has been rediscovered on North EasT Morocco (Escoriza et al, 2006-Amphibia Reptilia).

Just a quick question but does the article disclose the location of the salamanders? If i remember correctly, there was quite the controversy a while back with the revelation of the population of a new viet newt.
 
No, the article no disclose the precise location, we only describe it in a general view.
