Sick salamander

I have a white salamander had it for 3 years along with a black one...never had any problems with them feed them mussels ...but 2 weeks ago the white one stopped eating he seemed to find it hard to stay on the bottom..this week it is still not eating and it's back legs appear not to be working I was told by the pet shop where I bought them they were both boys but not sure myself how to tell...any body have any ideas what or where I can go for help

Are you able to post pictures of your salamander and do you mean a white axolotl?

You may be better off seeking help in the sub sections dealing with sick animals rather than here in the intro section
 
The vets that CJ1981 has mentioned have treated axolotl before, so if you could get to see them I am sure they will be happy to help.

Could you may be add some photo's too so we can see what the problem is ?
