My axolotl got this spectacular illness? I dont know what to do:(

I'm sorry, but what are we supposed to be looking at? It looks like a swollen cloaca to me, but without more information I don't know what you want help with.
 
If it's just the cloaca then to me that looks like a pretty normal transition into manhood to me!
Although don't take my word for it!
 
Aah :) i was just worried.. okay, but what is it with the black colour in the gills?

If I'm not mistaken, that's normal coloration for leucistic axolotls. I could be wrong though, someone else might have a different answer.
 
The dark colour in the gills is pigment in the veins and arteries in the blood supply to the gills. You can also see it on wild types but because they are darker it's not as prominent. It's normal for leucistics.
