I'm sorry, but what are we supposed to be looking at? It looks like a swollen cloaca to me, but without more information I don't know what you want help with.
The dark colour in the gills is pigment in the veins and arteries in the blood supply to the gills. You can also see it on wild types but because they are darker it's not as prominent. It's normal for leucistics.
