What size is the container you plan to keep them in initially, how many baby axies, and what size are they? If they are pretty small, bloodworms will be fine, or if they are a bit larger use earthworms.
And also, if you are doing 100% water changes, that will be plenty of oxygen, you won't need an airstone.
