I would like more feedback about this because I can't see anything mentioning it on vbulletin.com. Abrahm, not that I would like you to do my job for me but two heads are better than one, so can you go tot he vbulletin.com forum and see if you see anything relating to this problem please?

I'll keep looking into it, John. I started surfing around vBulletin.com and stumbled upon the keywords that will get me close. I'm going to be offline for the night, but I'll be back.

Oh, and I draw the line at learning PHP or mySQL ;)

You don't have to fix the problem, just help me find an instance of it on vbulletin please.

Hello everyone,

I was at Uni. while the change to the forum took place and just checking up on the page now, I must admit that everything has come along very well

I have a general question though and I am most likely posting it in the wrong section but I didn't see the need to start a new thread. Anyway, I seem to have forgotten my password. In fact, I haven't been able to remember it for quite some time now. So when ever I leave the PC, I never log out of Caudata.org...and it just makes it look like I never sign out or sleep for that matter. How do I rectify this situation?

Thanks in advance.

Jay.

John, what I mostly do to test my own site and forum as a regular user is that I make a 'test' account and login on that account on both firefox an internet explorer, and see what happens when people with normal permissions visit the site.

Thanks but I had already done all of that.

Edit: And it all works fine for me, that's why I asked.

Some of you may have just tried accessing the forum and seen a database problem - this was due to me doing a minor upgrade. It's all fine now, no worries.

I've added some extra mods to the forum.

Who has read a thread, who is reading a thread (these may not be available to everyone though because of usergroup permissions), modified some of the stat mods at the bottom of the forum home page. Doing some other thingies.

I noticed that when I click on "Blogs" on this page:
http://www.caudata.org/

I get:

But when I click on it from other pages, I get to the blogs.
