worms starting to appear

Before there were snails growing in my newt tank but now it seems that there are these tiny white worms growing and I can see them on the glass wall of my tank also there are these tiny white flea things in there as well. Should I do something about this? or just leave them in there and let my newts eat them? just to let you know, i think these worms and other tiny insects came from the pebbles that I picked from my backyard.

those little white worms on the glass are from too much food wast in your aquarium im pretty sure their harmless
