Right now there are many white axolotls and few of other colours - kind of repetitive.

On the tripod, in my experience the only amphibians that stay still long enough to make a tripod useful are aquatic. I never use a tripod at home or in the field, unless I'm taking video or photographing aquatic animals, and even then I rarely use one.Also.. a tripod and good lighting are helpful...

I think Morg his Taricha granulosa might be a Taricha torosa, or am i wrong?
